Intimate Apulia Wedding

A romantic Autumn wedding in a stunning Apulian masseria

A&R choose Apulia for their wedding. The region where the sun always shines, the sea is turquoise and nature is wild. The couple wanted a place where they could spend an unforgettable wedding weekend with their guests. Immersed in a luxuriant Mediterranean garden, this luxury boutique resort was the perfect place for a destination wedding in Apulia.

The symbolic ceremony took place in a quaint corner of the garden. Under a centuries old tree where the bride and groom exchanged their vows to the sound of a small swing band. We created a romantic wedding arch by letting flowers and fabric hang loosely from the branches, as if entangled by the wind.

We then set up a relaxed cocktail reception by the pool, where guests could enjoy the best of Apulian cuisine. An amazing food bonanza, complete with mozzarella show making.

As the sun set on the olive groves, A&R welcomed their guests to the wedding dinner in a beautiful courtyard. In order to achieved a natural yet glamorous look, we kept the table set up simple, while letting the flowerers do all the talking! For our fabulous flower garlands, we used silvery eucalyptus and big summer blooms. Elegant chiffon runners and tall candles along rustic whitewashed tables.

Finally, because we love to surprise our couples on the day, unbeknown to everyone we created a fairy garden setting for the cake cutting. We repurposed the ceremony arch and hanged thousands of fairy light from the old tree. We then decorated the cake table with lush flowers and greenery and voila`! All the hard work was worth it in the end because it made this moment extra special.
